Kevin Kipp is co-owner and project manager at Hardig Industrial Services in Cincinnati. He has worked in the coatings industry for more than 25 years, including 15 years at Sherwin-Williams. Kevin joined Hardig in 2016 and became a partner soon after.

His work at Hardig covers business development, sales, estimating, project management and marketing, plus the occasional day of field installation. He manages many of the company’s strategic clients and projects and leads Hardig’s sales and project management team. Revenue growth and building the Hardig brand have been his main focus from the start.

Kevin points to the Fifth Third Arena project as a turning point. It was the largest contract he had pursued and won at the time. Delivering it required significant investment and growth across the company.
