Lisa Hardig
President/Owner
Lisa co-founded Hardig Industrial Services in January 2014 with her husband, Greg, while working as a staff accountant. They started the company out of their home, using their detached garage as the first shop, with a core value of appreciating both the work and the workers. Her biggest wins include moving the company to its current, expandable location, opening an office in Dayton, and implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS) to run the business. She has served as President and co-founder since the beginning, making business decisions and leading the financial team.
Greg Hardig
Owner
A co-founder of Hardig Industrial Services in 2014, Greg has been with the company since day one and represents the fifth generation of the Hardig family in the Coatings industry. Early on, his primary focus was simply meeting payroll and paying vendors on time. Today, he finds immense joy in seeing his long-time team members grow and watching loyal customers continue to choose Hardig for their projects. Greg helped the company grow from their home garage to two locations with numerous team members, striving to treat people with respect throughout the process.
Kevin Kipp
Owner
Kevin joined Hardig Industrial in 2016, quickly becoming a partner after a 15-year career at Sherwin Williams. He considers the Fifth Third Arena project a major turning point, as it was the largest contract he had pursued and won, requiring significant company investment and growth. His primary responsibility has always been Revenue Growth and building the Hardig brand. He currently manages many strategic clients and projects, and leads the Sales and Project Management team, which he looks forward to expanding.
Jim Clevenger
Operations Coordinator
Jim joined Hardig Industrial Services in October 2020 to establish the new Operations Coordinator position. He cites his biggest growth win as his ability to take on multiple roles within the company to help build and develop team members in the field. With the implementation of EOS in 2021, Jim was added to the Leadership Team. He prides himself on “bringing some calm to the chaos” by providing field support that makes the team more effective and efficient.
Sam Hardig
Operations / Superintendent
Sam began his career with Hardig Industrial about 11 years ago as a laborer. His professional growth has been driven by leading out in the field and delivering quality work on notable projects for clients such as GE, Amazon, Fifth Third Arena, TQL Stadium, and a street coating project in OTR. In his current role, he oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. A key focus for Sam is supporting the growth of field employees by providing training, guidance, and hands-on leadership.
Paul Moss
Superintendent
Paul started in May 2025, having returned to the commercial flooring and coatings industry after a few years in the non-profit sector. He chose Hardig because of its strong reputation for quality, integrity, and excellence. His rewarding growth has come from diving into new flooring systems and processes to better understand and solve customer problems. Paul enjoys working alongside passionate colleagues and finds fulfillment in helping team members grow and develop new skills.
Scott Weiler
Sales / Project Manager
Scott began at Hardig in June 2021 as an Estimator/PM. His growth has included successfully securing business and learning the specific requirements needed to service a large pharmaceutical client. He enjoys collaborating with the Hardig team—both installers and management—to meet client expectations while effectively managing installation challenges related to time and conditions.
Joe Hinkel
Sales / Project Manager
Joe started with Hardig Industrial in 2020 and was initially given an opportunity to install floors, having no knowledge of the industry. His growth has resulted in a strong understanding of installation techniques and which systems work best. In 2024, his position shifted from installer to estimator. Joe highlights the team impact as one where everyone supports each other and is always willing to go the extra mile.
Erin Bechtold
Office Manager
Erin joined Hardig in March 2022, seeking a change in industry and a job closer to home. She has successfully grown into a role she had not held before, making it her own and finding it very enjoyable, which includes using her creative side for company event planning. She has been able to apply her prior job cost and accounting knowledge while also learning new tasks.
