At Hardig Industrial we pride ourselves in quality so much so that we have industry certified concrete coatings inspectors on staff. Selecting and executing appropriate surface preparation is key to the success of our installations. We match the CSP (Concrete Surface Profile) to our floor systems by using ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) standards and the manufacturers recommendations.
Preparation must be carried out using scarification, grinding, abrasive blasting and shot blasting. At Hardig Industrial we have the equipment and capability to execute all the typical methods of concrete surface preparation.
Concrete surface preparation does not end with the profiling of the surface. After, profiling appropriate cleaning methods to remove dust, debris and contaminants before moving to concrete repairs and protective coatings.
